Quality Control
As our customers’ partners in quality control, we support the quality control operations of local manufacturers to provide high-quality products. We have quality control staff stationed at our various bases, including Shenzhen, Shanghai, and the Philippines, and qualified IATF16949/VDA6.3 internal auditors deal with quality control for the automotive industry.
Quality improvement activities
Tokai Electronics Group conducts guidance and education for the local manufacturers to improve their quality. We also guide and educate the manufacturers through audits thus we have the structure that gives our customers confidence to adopt our proposals.
Factory audit operations
As well as audits of our existing suppliers, we also provide support by accompanying our customers on their own audits and providing technical interpreting, as well as conducting audits of overseas suppliers’ factories on our customers’ behalf.

- QC consulting
We advise customers in areas such as diagnosis of local manufacturers, process improvement guidance, quality awareness education, and 5S control guidance.
- Failure handling
We investigate the causes of failure, devise countermeasure, and conduct audit.
- Supplier support
We support suppliers with obtaining supplier accreditation, etc.
- SVHC responses
In line with our customers’ requests, we obtain, confirm, and manage Certificates of Compliance.
- Product Inspection
We inspect products locally prior to shipment.
